polite staff rooftop bar luxury element cleaning team

the breakfast included a decent variety of options. the staff were also generally polite. i want to point out vinod at the pool bar was fantastic. mr lye at the rooftop bar was also very accommodating.

I felt the hotel didn't quite meet the five-star standard it promotes. a bit more focus on luxury elements would elevate the experience to match that level. the cleaning team also has some room for improvement. It wasn't bad, but not perfect

varied food cocktail selection quick lifeguard room isolation early alarm

the food options were varied. the grill menu offered alternative choices. the swimming pool was nice and the all inclusive menus had a good selection of cocktails. a lifeguard reacted quickly when i was stung by a jellyfish.

the room i stayed in lacked sound isolation. i woke up to my neighbor's alarm even while wearing ear plugs.

old carpets drainage issue

the breakfast area was clean and spacious.

The rooms were not properly maintained. I observed old carpets. i also noted a drainage issue, and the tv turned off unexpectedly. the staff said a technician was not on duty, and they did not offer to change the room.
